Terms and Conditions
At the end of the auction, you will be sent an invoice by email. Payments can be made by bank transfer, or by credit/ debit card. Cheques are not accepted.
- All bidders must be registered with easyliveAuctions.com.
- The highest bidder shall be the purchaser.
- All bids are legally binding.
- Winning bids are subject to a commission charge plus vat at standard rate.
- At the end of the auction you will be sent an invoice by email. Payments can be made by easyliveauction.com secure payment system.
- Payments must be made in full within 24 hours of auction ending.
- Goods must be paid for in full before collecting.
- For any items that can be posted, please contact Grove Street Auctions once payment has been made to arrange shipping. The shipping costs will be an additional fee to be paid to Grove Street Auctions.
- Collection of goods must be within 2 working days of auction ending by appointment only to ensure we have your items ready for you.
- Electrical goods are not tested by the auction house and can not be guaranteed to be in working order.
- If items are not collected and paid for within 3 working days following the sale buyers may face being banned from Grove Street Auctions.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase the commission is automatically increased to 25%.
- If payment is not received within 5 days of the auction the buyer is banned from purchasing anything further at Grove Street Auctions.
- If goods are not collected from Grove Street Auctions within the terms and conditions detailed above, Grove Street Auctions will add storage charges of up to £10 per day per item for goods not collected.
- Collection of items has to be made within 48hours of the Auction ending between 9am and 3pm.
